This document provides the background information captured from workshops, interviews and research used to create the benefits models for the Local Government Flexible Working Proof of Concept’s. These have been developed on new Microsoft technologies including Windows Vista, Office 2007 and Exchange 2007 to enable mobile, flexible working for specific roles in Local Authorities. Three scenarios have been developed with local authorities from the Microsoft Shared Learning Group.
